I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals of all ages. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University.
Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in outpatient clinics, residential programs, and correctional facilities, treating a wide range of mental health conditions and substance use disorders. I have also taken on leadership roles, emphasizing the importance of delivering sensitive and accessible mental health care to underserved communities across the Houston metro area.
My passion lies in empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health journey. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, I strive to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and valued. As a bilingual provider, I am especially committed to reducing mental health stigmas within the Latino/Hispanic community and advocating for culturally competent care.
